Book Voucher Availability Dates by Term
Summer: 6/05/2017 - 6/27/2017
Fall: 9/06/2017 - 9/26/2017
Winter: 12/18/2017 - 1/09/2018
Spring: 3/12/2018 - 4/03/2018
Book vouchers are emailed to the student's TBCC email for use in the Online Bookstore. In order to receive a book voucher students need to meet the following qualifications before the deadline:
- Have a social security number on file with the college.
- Have set up your TBCC email.
- Have financial aid in excess of your tuition and fee charges. You have to accept your financial aid award and click yes when answering the question regarding charging books and supplies against your financial aid before a book voucher can be issued.
- Have a scholarship or a third party sponsor (high school, employer, voc rehab, etc.) who will pay for books. The business office must have an authorization from the scholarship or third party to issue a book voucher.
Books purchased online with book vouchers become part of a student's account balance. The student will be responsible for any amount not covered by financial aid or Third Party funds.
